Hamster Question

A few weeks ago we found a stray hamster stuck in our backyard fence. Nobody claimed him, so we kept him. According to Google, it’s a male.
Tonight I noticed his back end seems swollen. I’d assume these are his testicles, but I don’t know my hamster anatomy, so I could be mistaken. He’s still eating/drinking, using his wheel.
I know zero about hamsters. Is this a concern?

I dont know much about hamsters but that doesn't look normal. Dont hold me to it hopefully someone will respond soon.

Hamsters have big testicles for their size. They are more obvious when it is warm and less so when it is cold.

I would say it's a male! I mean, there is a possibility that it's got a tumor back there (hamsters are notoriously prone to cancer), but in my experience that's not a common location for tumors. So my best guess, you've just got a well-endowed boy . You can always have a vet check him out to be sure though!
