Handicap cockerel needs sanctuary - Newcastle test negative

hi there,

Our cockerel named rosie is being rehomed. He is not able to be with the flock, since they will pick on him. He is a beautiful Sicilian buttercup. We got him on August 2. I would love for him to go to a rescue. He has been tested for Newcastle and it is negative. His leg is deformed however he does walk on it.

Hi there. I actually got him into The Farm Sanctuary in Acton. Whom took him to NorCal to be a house chicken. Lol.

UPDATE: we are so happy that Rosie has become a house chicken in NorCal. We are so relieved that he will be safe and sound. Thank you everyone. No more chicks, especially from Tractor Supply!!!!
