Hands on hatching and help

lol sorry. The directions didn't give any separate instructions on plugging the turner in. It's a cheaper model. I think it's supposed to just work once the whole thing is on. I tried looking it up but can't find much on it in english. Thanks amazon lol...
there isn't another cord? I know the egg turner in the LG has it's own cord that has to be plugged in

Help!
The last chick from my hatch had pipped last night, then when I came home from work this afternoon it was definitely stuck, so I assisted by slowly chipping the shell away, wetting the membrane which was really glued to the chicks down.
Now, it can't get its head up, it is out of the shell but I placed it back in the incubator because it seemed cold. I think the head is no longer stuck to the wing. Is there anything I can do?
It is laying there with its head still folded in.

If you've got the egg shell chipped far enough down you should be able to free the head, or just give it time to rest and gain strength and most likely when it's ready it will free itself.

Thank you for responding so quickly! She is out of the shell, but I think some of the membrane was gluing the head to the wing, I got a quick photo to show the position.

It's possible she's sticky from the membrane and it is holding it down. It could also be it's just not strong enough to move yet. I'd give it a little while and let it warm up and dry off a bit and then you can gage if it's dried membrane. It's not going to hurt it if it is. Granted, you'll want to wash it and free it if it is hindering the chick, but I'd give it a little time to see if it starts moving on it's own. I have some that pop out of the shell and are active within minutes and some that just don't move for a good hour after popping out or being assisted.
