Hands on hatching and help

Sorry to hear that. Is the chick still active?
Congrats! When to move them is a personal decision. I remove mine as they become active in the incubator. I prefer them to be in the brooder with access to food and water. Some leave them in till they are dry and fluffy. Others don't move them until the hatch is over.
There isn't much you can do for the unpipped eggs. If they are internally pipped, you can put a safety hole in the air cell, but other than that, without progress from them there's a higher probability of doing more harm than good.
No it passed away in the incubator

the others that had yolk they've absorbed the rest now running around eating drinking and pooping!!

Personally I would make a hole in the top of the egg/air cell so that you can see inside, but only if you're going to be around or have another way of keeping the membrane from getting too dry. That way you can see inside and see if the chick has died, or it's fine, or it's stuck in there and needs help. I wouldn't call myself an expert on this, but I have a hen now that never internally pipped. She was so twisted up inside her egg that she couldn't and I had to take off most of her shell just so that she could breathe. She lost some blood -though I did try to avoid breaking any big vessels- and had a difficult first few days due to her hatching problems and weakness in one of her legs, but she's fine now a few months later. With her, I waited until all the pipped chicks had hatched to see why she hadn't yet. You could also candle them and look for beaks or movement. That's less invasive and will give some indication on how they're doing, too.

So first, thank you so much for the advice yesterday, of the 13 eggs, 6 have hatched, 3 have pipped, that leaves 4. We are now on day 22, I am wondering 1st- how long to leave the chicks in the incubator? 2nd- should I do something for the 4 eggs who have not done anything yet (they were all active when candled on day 18)!
I'd quickly take them out and pip a hole in the aircell I just done that to one egg that done nothing and it was dead. Not saying that will be you but it puts your mind at ease

Hi !
So my bantam cochin eggs started hatching today!!! I had 12 hatch so far...one is still in the incubator. He is not doing well. Has a really hard time lifting his head or standing at all, so not sure he will make it

His feet/toes do not look formed correctly either. I have 11 babies in the brooder, but I have one baby that chirps loudly and seems a little week/sleepy....but he just hatched out this afternoon? maybe I am just worrying too much? Can anyone help me out with dosage of nutridrench in their drinking water? The bottle says 4 ounces per gallon...which is my whole bottle? Is that correct???? seems like a lot to put their water and I don't want to over dose them!!! Oh my goodness being a chick momma is STRESSFUL
