Removed the brown bits you were right tiny veins inside so I've left it. Not sure why but I can't post a photo

Oh maybe I did!! I've left it in there to make sure everything's absorbed. The last duck I hatch it had yolk still abit out and died so not making that mistake again.

Yup you did! Lol You did good. Yes, it looks like it could use some more time. I'm seeing quite a bit of dark red in there. Just make sure all exposed membrane is moistened.

Yes it looks like it still needs some time. Keep moistened and those veins will recede. I would set it upright in an egg carton. Looks good though. Make sure to update!

Thanks guys!! Yeah I'll be applying coconut oil every few hours or so. I have a egg carton in there now actually with a couple that had saddle shaped aircells I'll pop it in!

I have to share more pics. These two are my almost 9 week old paints I kept from my second hatch. If they are both girls I'll keep them. If one is a boy I'll sell them as a pair.

My two almost 7 week old blues. They both are looking boyish. One I'm certain of. But it's early to tell.

Your soo lucky! Mine are taking forever to zip lol! Can't wait to see them!
