Hands on hatching and help

Needs to absorb that maybe put it in a cup like chicks? I'm not sure I've always left them in the shell and put it in an egg carton

I think she said this one hatched on its own like this. Its trying to be really active.

Oh gosh how stressful! Maybe put it in a small tub or something that it can't move about in.

Well my two ducklings are doing great all fluffed up now wobbling around the inc! The others still haven't finished absorbing but I'm not worried about those yet

3 of my 4 Welsh Harlequins have hatched. If I'm sexing them right by their bill all 3 are boys so far. I seriously have the worst luck. Why can I never hatch girl? Praying the last one turns out to be a girl lol.

That looks like more than yolk to me. I'm not a duck person, I could be wrong, but it doesn't look right. I'd start by putting her in a cup with a damp paper towel in the bottom and see what the duck people say. Maybe if the remainder of yolk absorbs it'll look different. Glad it's not me.
