Hands on hatching and help

Well my two ducklings are doing great all fluffed up now wobbling around the inc! The others still haven't finished absorbing but I'm not worried about those yet

3 of my 4 Welsh Harlequins have hatched. If I'm sexing them right by their bill all 3 are boys so far. I seriously have the worst luck. Why can I never hatch girl? Praying the last one turns out to be a girl lol.

That looks like more than yolk to me. I'm not a duck person, I could be wrong, but it doesn't look right. I'd start by putting her in a cup with a damp paper towel in the bottom and see what the duck people say. Maybe if the remainder of yolk absorbs it'll look different. Glad it's not me.
