We've been working with the server host to try and find / fix the issue.

In this case, no need to report your browser or version since this is a server issue and not a software/browser issue.

Oh, sorry for the confusion: Usually we need you to report to us your browser and version to troubleshoot problems with the site, but in this case, we don't need that info.
