UPDATE:
I have to find him a home in the next couple of days or his time is up

If anyone is AT ALL interested, please let me know! He's getting in beautiful iridescent red feathers on his shoulders, and his tail feathers have really grown in now! Please, let me know if you want to know anything. I don't want to have to bring him back to the feed store

**I am also willing to consider shipping him, and I'll even pay for it if he's going to a wonderful home! I just have no idea how to ship a live animal ...**

~

Hello All,

I have an Easter Egger rooster who, much to my dismay ... must find a new home. He is absolutely the sweetest thing, adorable, and so quirky that I fell in love with him when I first got him at a couple days old, and I'd of course, assumed HE was a SHE. Now that has started crowing ... we know that Pumpkin is definitely a boy, and it breaks my heart to have to get rid of him ... Which is why I'm here, hoping someone may be interested in a sweet little guy that loves his little lady friend (Paprika) and will sit on your lap if you sit in the coop with him ... I really don't want to have to return him to the feed store and an uncertain fate.

I'd be willing to meet half way depending on how far away the destination is, so long as I know he'd be going to a nice home and not to someone's soup pot. If there was any way I could keep him, I would he's just that awesome but ... alas, it is only a matter of time before the neighbors complain (he crows mostly in the morning) and I won't have the time to potentially find him a better match than the feed store if that happens. He's about 3 months old and has grey muffs and yellow feathers coming in at the base of his tail. He's really going to be a handsome guy!

So if you're interested, or have any other questions, please do message me!
I love him dearly, but if someone else can give him the life he deserves, I'd be so grateful.

Thanks! :)
(I live in CT)

I'm located in CT. I must have forgot to put it back in when I updated ...
I'm worried about putting him up on craigslist, but I suppose it's as good a shot as any at this point :(

Thank you :) I hope he does find a home, I keep prolonging his stay in hopes someone is interested but eventually I'll just have to hope that if he does go back to the farm store, he ends up going to a good home ...
