Handsomest Rooster Breed?

I love the look of New Hampshire Red roos. I was keeping an eye out for one when I was looking for a new roo recently. Apparently they aren't all that common around here. I ended up finding a little bantam X standard (EE?) locally who's personality fit my needs. While not as visually impressive, I'm happy with him. I also think my Buff Orpington was an impressive bird. He spontaneously died at about 10 months old, prompting my search for a replacement. Here's a picture of each.

I take back what I said Angry hen, here is about 8 or 9 months probably. He is much, much happier in this pic this is before he got knocked down a notch,or possibly put to his grave.

I like Buff Orpington, mine is SUPER nice,

Hello,

My saying is: Ya can not plan a chickens life.

I was building a coop for 1 of 6 of my flocks...
It was going great!...!

BANG!
My Dad went to get a tape measure and I was standing in one of the coops...
A hen had a stroke in front of me, she died.

We were Planning.

YA can hope. But YA can't plan!
