Handsomest Rooster Breed?

I love the look of New Hampshire Red roos. I was keeping an eye out for one when I was looking for a new roo recently. Apparently they aren't all that common around here. I ended up finding a little bantam X standard (EE?) locally who's personality fit my needs. While not as visually impressive, I'm happy with him. I also think my Buff Orpington was an impressive bird. He spontaneously died at about 10 months old, prompting my search for a replacement. Here's a picture of each.

I have both those breeds but no rooster,
I'm thinking which breed of rooster I want.

The father was a gray cochin for sure.

My Buff Orpington rooster sits on my Dad's lap like that,
his name is Rusty and when you say "Is Rusty a good boy?"
he shakes his head. They are are great breed!

Okay, I have Blue Cochin hens.
I would love to breed them and get something like that kind of rooster!

My saying is: Ya can not plan a chickens life.

I was building a coop for 1 of 6 of my flocks...
It was going great!...!

BANG!
My Dad went to get a tape measure and I was standing in one of the coops...
A hen had a stroke in front of me, she died.

We were Planning.

YA can hope. But YA can't plan!
