Happier than a wet hen?

I live just outside of Seattle, and if my girls minded the rain, they wouldn't get out much!

Yesterday I went out and they were SOAKED - one in particular looked like a drowned rat - poor thing! But she didn't seem to mind it too much! Although I do have to say - I think they prefer the sun.

Heck we are in a drought here. I think me & the chickens will sit out in the rain together. Its getting really scary here in Texas.

Mine are like that too! They love the rain and the wind. I guess it is good since we are in Oklahoma. We had a tornado warning (nothing on the ground and not close to us, but the storm was a good one) and the chickens were out in the run playing around!
