hi, I read an article saying that if a goose imprints on a human it will always think it’s human, then I see posts all the time saying geese get lonely if they are not kept in pairs or more of their own kind, so my question is how happy would a house goose be? If it thinks it’s human and lives with humans is that as good as thinking it’s a goose and living with geese? Id be really interested in tour guys input and views thanks 😊

As a kid I had a human imprinted gander. When he was several years old I got four goslings. Within 24 hours he adopted them and became a goose rather than a feathered human. Gus the Goose preferred being a goose.

Do you think if you’d never got the goslings he still would of been content with just humans?
