I got the 17 inch for Teddy. When measuring be sure that it won't slide down his shoulders. I do like when I hangs a bit though so you can see it.

An inch. He's dumb.
I'm thinking I might order the 9 and possibly the 10 inch but I don't think a 12-in would work.
