Shortie watched Julie and sighed then started to walk around.

Hope smiled at her, only others that knew her well would notice anything was wrong. "Hey there" she nickered happily. "Let's get y'all out of the trailer, alright?"

"I know, she's at home, right?" she asked, clearly not understanding.  Hope sighed sadly, hearing the words, and walked into the trailer to help with the horses.

Alex shook his head. "She's dead", he whispered quietly.

"Dead?" she asked, as if she didn't understand the word. "No she isn't. She was fine yesterday"

Alex sighed trying not to birst into tears again. "She overdosed on drugs and died."

Alex sighed softly wiping his eyes. "I'm not lying", he said but it sounded as if he was trying to convince himself.
