Julie leapt off Hope, dropping to her knees at Abbie's head. "Is she seeing thi-" she suddenly stopped. "Abbie, is it one of the horses you are afraid will hurt you?" she asked, looking into the mare's eyes.

Danny dismounted Holly and kneeled beside Julie loosening the lasso some.

Abbie panted heavily, and lipped Julie's shirt.

"Is it one of the stallions?" she asked, thinking. She'd seen Abbie with the mares, and Abbie hadn't had a problem. Peace trotted down the hall, recognizing the new faces. Dogwood was surprised to see her. "Peace!" she whinnied. "Mom!" Peace said happily, running to her.

"Is it one of the stallions?" she asked, thinking. She'd seen Abbie with the mares, and Abbie hadn't had a problem. Peace trotted down the hall, recognizing the new faces. Dogwood was surprised to see her. "Peace!" she whinnied. "Mom!" Peace said happily, running to her.

Abbie nickered softly, and began to struggle to her feet.

At the name Tango, Abbie's ears flattened completely against her skull. She stood, her teeth bared, staring at Julie.

"Ok. Easy, now. I can't get rid of him, but I'll put him in the Stallion's barn, so that he's away from you" she said, holding on to Abbie's halter.
