Abbie sank to her knees, and flopped on her side.Hope followed Julie and Abbie, and they walked back to the stables. Julie trned Abbie out into the pasture. "I'll be back, girl" she said, walking to Tango's stall. "Hey buddy. We've got a different barn for you" she said softly.
Tango didn't respond. His breathing was slow, but he wasn't asleep.She walked to him. "Tango?" she asked. She put her hand on his shoulder.

Tango blew his breath gently on Julie's arm, then lowered his head again."Tango, what's wrong buddy?" she asked, stroking his neck.
