She shrugged. "If you say so" she smiled. She took out some flour, salt, pepper, seasoning, milk, eggs, and chicken that had been marinating in buttermilk and started making homemade fried chicken. After a few minutes, she had a huge plateful of freshly-fried chicken.

Julie laughed and pulled some mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce out. "Take some of that too, if you want" she said, grabbing her own plate. "But don't eat too much and make yourself sick" she said smiling.
