Ocho was now shaking struggling to stand any longer

Julie jumped off Chigger, grabbing Ocho's lead rope. "I'm sorry buddy. Thank you" she said, carefully leading him to his stall. Melissa ran to the new horses, taking Chigger's reins.

Chipper nuzzled her softly

Ocho lay down the aches and pains from his long treck starting to over come him he lay flat on his side

Melissa smiled as she led them to their stalls.

Julie looked at him, kneeling next to him. "I'm sorry buddy. I'm sorry" she said, rubbing him down.

Pan was a bit nervous but listened easily

Ocho closed his eyes wishing the pain would go away

"You were a great horse today" Julie said, icing him down to reduce the swelling. "I know it hurts buddy. Just relax"

Melissa put each horse in a thickly bedded stall with padded walls

He relaxed a bit greatful for the ice on his burning joints

"Such a good boy" Julie praised, rubbing him. "I couldn't have done it without you"
