Did anyone else go to a may day thingamajig today? I did, it was great! It was medivial themed, and a cute little 5 year old got to be Queen O the May. So cute.... I also discovered that I have NO archery skill whatsoever! gig
 
My love and I were talking about May Day today...... No one these days does the basket exchanges or leave the construction paper flower holders anymore.....

Every year (about 16 now) some friends of mine have a May Day party. They have a Maypole, live music (in the barn), a bonfire, libations, TONS of pot-luck dishes, and the BEST people in the world to get together with! I LOVE MAYDAY! A GREAT BELTANE TO YOU ALL!
