Did 1 set today cause my abs felt like they'd just pop out like AA batteries if I did another one. Tomorrow will be a rest day.

I have made it part of my daily routine to do two planks. I've been doing straight arms for 2 minutes.

I think the forearm planks are harder for my abs, but the straight arm ones are more of a workout for my upper arms. Since I have "old lady upper arms," I'm opting for the straight arm style. I feel like my arms have more muscle tone now.
