I have to share this, because hubby could not care less.

And sadly, I had to stop doing planks a couple weeks ago. I was doing 3:30 every day, and I think it messed up my right elbow. This could be arthritis, which could be related to breaking my right wrist 10 years ago. I also had elbow and shoulder issues due to that break.

Anyway, my plans of working up to 4:00 planks daily are down the drain. I had planned to work up to longer, with a goal of doing one 5 minute plank (at least) in 2025.

Sigh.

I am feeling strong these days.
I don't even fuss when I do planks at the gym.
I haven't timed myself yet but I think I will today to see how long I can hold one now without starting to complain.
 
I won't be doing planks, maybe ever; surely not every day. My elbow feels better, at least, but I don't want it to be the way it was a couple weeks ago. It freaking HURT to tie my hair back in a ponytail.

If I hold my arms straight up and look in the mirror, the right one has a bend to it, and the left is straight.
