I am feeling strong these days.And sadly, I had to stop doing planks a couple weeks ago. I was doing 3:30 every day, and I think it messed up my right elbow. This could be arthritis, which could be related to breaking my right wrist 10 years ago. I also had elbow and shoulder issues due to that break.
Anyway, my plans of working up to 4:00 planks daily are down the drain. I had planned to work up to longer, with a goal of doing one 5 minute plank (at least) in 2025.
Sigh.
LmaooooI saw a workout ad on Facebook the other day to “bust belly fat” and it included a 9-minute plank. If I could do a 9-minute plank, I wouldn’t be fat in the first place![]()
