I'm in North Napa County, about an hour west from Vacaville. It was a 113 here today. Survived the fires though!

Welcome to BYC Mary Jane. Don't know how people survive temps of 113F. When I was a kid in Chicago in the '50's I recall the weatherman saying we had a weekend of 101F and 102F. I guess kids handle it better but, BOY OH BOY

It was too hot the past 2 days. And now PG&E is going to shut our power off for 2 days because winds are coming and might spark a fire.....Just returned to my house after a 2 week mandatory evacuation due to a wild land fire that burned up to 15 feet of my back door. My generator is ready to keep my fridge going.
