I never have any problems peeling any of my eggs that I hard boil. Boiling eggs for 14 to 15 minutes seems a bit long though. I bring the water to a boil and gently ladel the eggs into the water, like others have said, and allow them to boil for 8 minutes before I take them off of the heat and run cold water over them allowing them to cool quickly. My eggs are allways cooked through.
