hard boiled eggs

Can anyone please tell me, why my 8 days old chickens don't want to eat hard boiled egg yolk? Their mum doesn't want it either !
I thought they would love it, as it's supposed to be so good for them, isn't it?

It is very good for them. Not sure why your girls won't...my chickens love hard-boiled eggs (yolk and whites!).

Hi Shelby, yes my other chickens love egg too so maybe "mum" thinks they may be a bit young?

Will keep on trying it's never wasted is it as the other chooks will eat it. Thanks for your reply.
