I can't get any of my eggs to deshell easily at all, no matter the method I use to hard boil them. Is it the freshness of the eggs, or the difference in the shells? Why an I having a hard time desheling my hard boiled egggs??
The older the egg the easier it is to shell them. There are a ton of post on here that give methods that others have found success using. Try doing a search and I am sure you will come up with a great way to peel them.
The best way is to boil the water first. Put the eggs in and when they are done boiling just shut off the stove and leave them sit in the pot until the water gets cold. They will peel much easier. The fresher the egg the tighter the skin in the egg so it sticks to the shell.
