Hard boiling goose eggs?

My guess is that you would boil a goose rooster for 20 minutes. Just long enough to boil the crow out of him.

I could have a duck rooster here soon. My rooster mated with a duck last night. Doesn't that equal hatching a duck rooster?

20 minutes, at least. Then take it off the heat and let it sit in the hot water for another 10 to 20 minutes just to be sure it is cooked through.

Well I tried it last evening.
I placed the eggs straight out of the fridge into a pot of water .
When the water started to boil I timed them 15 minutes.
I immediately removed them and placed them in cold water.
After they cooled I peeled and cut.

After laying 4 halves on a plate I realized what wonderful deviled eggs these would make but not having the time last evening we just ate them as is.

Thanks all for the input and the fun yesterday.

Yum, I bet they would make great deviled eggs. I use my duck eggs for deviling, and sometimes, my little teeny bantam eggs, too.
