Hard craw on baby blu andals

I brought home some chicks from the feed store..last 6 of 37 and these little blue peeps look like they are trying to regurgitate and their little craws are like marbles. This can't be comfortable nor have I had symptoms like this with my other chicks. Although, I had never got chicks from this feed store before. What should I do if anything to help them ?
