How does her crop feel? Squishy or hard?

Can you squish it around and try to work the stuff out?

There are ways to remove the stuff. One is to make them vomit. You just squish the stuff around, then tilt them forward so they are sort of upside down. Stuff may come out. Don't do this for more than a few seconds at a time, as they breathe right around their tongue. There is the chance they could inhale the vomit if you don't give them a chance to breathe. People have reported great success with this, and others have cautioned not to do it.

I'm no expert by any means, but, seems like you'll have to help work it out. Hey all, need some additional help with ...can anyone assist???

The wheezing.... I guess the only way to find out if that is caused by an illness or by being suffocated by food is to empty her out a little.

After you get some out, isolate her where you can see her, and you can give her a cup of water to drink that has a little apple cider vinegar in it. The vinegar helps to break down what's in the crop.

But I'm not going to go further till you tell us what's going on with her now.

If her crop is big and hard, then it sounds like it is packed with food or something else (grass? dirt? hay?) that is not going down. Unless you think she may have gotten into something BAD (like a pile of styrofoam?) then you want to try to get it loosened up and have it go down.

Try some olive oil down the throat with a dropper, go toward the very back behind the tongue (they breathe through a hole that is under their tongue!). Massage the crop and see if the stuff will loosen up.

Isolate her so you can control and monitor what she eats and drinks, and so you can see her poo.

If it doesn't loosen up and go down tonight, check back and re-post how she is doing tomorrow morning. You may need to put a bunch of liquid in there and flush it out - the standard method is a baking soda water flush.

Try the olive oil and let us know how it goes.
