My BR rooster has these hard lumps/bumps on his face. I noticed the first one a couple of weeks ago. He now has three, one under his eye, one above his eye, and one small one on his wattle. His comb and wattles also seem more pale.

What could this be? At first I thought it was a sinus infection, but the lumps are hard not soft
