hard mass stuck in throat/not crop

tonight I noticed out 2.5 month old sussex swallowing funny and acting like she couldn't breathe right, I watched her a little while and ended up grabbing her to see what was going on. She has what appears to be a very hard ball stuck between her mouth and crop. Anyone know what to do?

Oh wow... well... best I can think of is that something is stuck in her throat so maybe you can massage it upwards? Good luck.

there are no other symptoms (candidiasis and vit A deficiency will cause placques to form in the mouth and esophagus)... if not then apparently something she swallowed that is stuck...give a bit of bread soaked in olive oil and slightly massage it...perhaps that will help?

Update, I massaged it downwards and left her be for a while and it passed. Thanks everyone.
