Hard yellow substance leaking from shipped egg

Does anyone have insight about this egg? It’s a shipped egg, and was packaged extremely well. Each one individually wrapped in thick foam. It wasn’t like this when I put the eggs in the incubator 2 days ago…

I noticed this stuff appeared a couple hours after I started incubating- and it was already dried and hard when I noticed. I thought I’d ask since it’s been on my mind. I don’t want it to explode if the stuff is coming out due to pressure. I candled the egg but can’t see anything- no air cell that I can see. Most of these eggs that I’ve candled so far arrived with completely detached air cells unfortunately.
Was this egg scrambled during shipment maybe? It’s the only one like this.

@nuthatched was right. I took the egg out and cracked it open and it was completely scrambled inside. The yolk must have broken in transit. I didn’t even know that could happen. I’ll be keeping a close eye on the rest.
