Hardened poop feathers under vent.

I don't know if this is in the right place because it isn't an emergency or an illness.

Is there something safe I can apply and rinse off without soaking her whole bottom in water? This stuff is so solid and right against her delicate skin. I don't know if dawn is ok to dab there without hurting her vent or skin.

A couple of my others have just a few poopy feathers and I would rather not put them through a soak for just a few feathers.

I don't see a problem, just let her be. She will get rid of that stuff by herself when dust bathing.

It has been there for quite a while. Almost a month. It feels like hard plastic.
