I have another question for all the smarties here ... I keep seeing talk of hardware cloth and I'm wondering if it's the stuff I think of as rabbit wire. It's a fairly strong, small rectangular mesh wire and I believe people make rabbit cages out of it. Does anyone know if it's the same stuff? (I have some extra rabbit wire kicking around so I hope it is!)

    Hi Momo!

Skip and I use 1/2" hardware cloth to build all of our rabbit cages/hutches.

Quote:Same here, for all wired surfaces. Just remember for the floor to put more staples in it for holding the rabbits weight.
