Hardware Cloth

Has anyone ever gotten a bad roll of hardware cloth? My first roll I bought to start my coop was nice and straight and the pieces laid nice and flat. All of the wires were nice and straight if you sighted them. I had to get a second roll and it seems the outside edges were longer than the center...if you sighted the wires that go across there are all curved. I would start fastening it and I would have buckles and loose areas all along the outside edges. Bummer!

I've never gotten a roll like that, either. For the price of hardware cloth, I'd be really unhappy.

I've gotten 1" X 2" 14 gauge wire that way. It was a bummer too that it didn't show up until about 50' into a 100' roll. I really should have returned it.
