Harris Farms Nurture Right 360 Incubator is AMAZING!

So frustrated with my wife right now. She sent the last pic I posted. I told her that’s really good just leave it be. Well about an hour ago she texted me that she pealed a bit of shell off but left the membrane. Then 20 minutes ago she texted said she thought it was dying so pulled open the shell. It absorbed all the yolk but not all the blood. She said it’s still breathing and kicks a little but not anything like our others. I’m hoping it makes it.

Oh no! :( So fortunately it absorbed the yolk so what it's going to be contending with is the blood loss. There isn't much you can do at this point other than wait and hope that it pulls through. It looks like it was almost ready, so hopefully with some time to recover. :hugs

Since this just my second hatch I am wondering how do you deal with 2 newly hatched chicks rolling the other eggs all around. They are crazy right now lol . I have 2 pita chicks hatched and about 7 other pipps out of 11 eggs.

Chick soccer is normal and to be expected. There isn't a whole lot that can be done but the eggs usually spread out and stop getting kicked around so much once they're at the outer edge in the NR360.

I'm on my phone so it's harder to see but it looks like egg waste to me and should fall right off.
Thank you. It was dragging the egg around for a bit and I was almost going to cut it off but I didn’t want to open the incubator with so many eggs pipped. It pulled the egg off but still has this blob of whatever stuck to it.
