Harris Farms Nurture Right 360 Incubator is AMAZING!

Oh, I wish I saw this thread earlier... I had this incubator, but it was making a humming noise. Was not sure if it was ok. The manufacturer said to be safe better return the unit.
Also, the chicks hatched 15 out of 19 success rate. But, for some reason I observed them to be weaker than when chicks hatched by a broody hen. They were almost dizzy all the time. And not as active and curious... not sure perhaps the incubator humidity was not right. I had 99.5f temperature and 50 humidity.

This has been a terrific thread to read and follow, especially in my incubator search.
After many years of raising chickens I finally have an incubator. Just got the NR360 Ver 1.0NU this week! I'm very excited.
I sorted though my girls and put the target hens in with the roo today, am hoping to get some fertilized eggs next week, and then hopefully set some eggs by next Friday. :fl

Thank you @CluckNDoodle for starting this thread and filling it with so much good info! Thank you also to those who have posted their experiences with this incubator too. All of it has been very helpful.

Very nice!

Out of curiosity, how did you contact them? If you don't mind be asking.

Have they been kept away from any non target roos?
Takes 3-4 weeks to clear any undesirable deposits.

Yes.
Actually I only have 1 roo and he's been separated from most of the hens before this because I wasn't sure I was going to keep him, but times have changed. He's now with 6 hens for hopefully optimal egg fertilization and after I set the eggs all the chickens, 12 hens plus him, will be put together.
