Harris Farms Nurture Right 360 Incubator is AMAZING!

Pics
2 is actually very dark to the naked eye. Nearly black, with bright yellow underneath.

I'll have to take one picture front and back of each bird lol...4 are grey to blue on the back, with one of those having a grey chest. The rest have yellow chests. 2 are yellow with a blue shimmer about them. The third is the black/blue with yellow.

In my experience the light grey chicks as well as the almost solid white ones are usually splash. I have a theory about the cockerels being the lightest and the pullets being more grey when it comes to splash chicks but I haven't tested it yet. You will know for sure in a few days when the wing tips show better. The dark one just looks dark blue to me but it could be the lighting.

Blues can come in a lot of shades from really dark to light. They change a lot as they grow. I'm not familiar with splash but looks like a beautiful bunch to me!

I took a BUNCH of pics/videos for the breeder lol. She thinks there's at least two splash, and two others are splash or self blue/lavendar, and the rest blues.

Time will tell lol. I was hoping for ONE black hen...to cross with my Ayam Cemani roo! Imagine an Ayam Cemani/black Ameraucana roo, with a pea comb lol!

Yes! She said much the same earlier.

We'll see.

I'll band the two light grey's, and the two yellow/white with specific colors so we can see as they grow. Then we can see if they'll be roo's.
