Not sure if any of the eggs in the incubator made it. . I didn't notice movement. S5 I could see veins but no embryo and veins seemed to move.

But weights. First weight is day received or laid. 2nd is today day 8

So seemed to lose about what they should so what did I do wrong with no movement???? Did I cook them?

Keep them going until day 14, candle again then. You will know for sure if they didnt make it. I never get rid of any eggs unless positive unfertil until day 14.. i had two in my last hatch that I didn't think made it. But they were some of the first to hatch.. you never know.

I am struggling with my humidity last night and today. not sure why. I have had zero issues keeping it between 42-47 or so for the past 11 days. Last night and today I am struggling to get it up even to 40. It has been around 35-38. I have side A full it is now 3/4 of the way closed. what is going on? Any ideas why it won't say up? I don't think today is any drier than it has been here.

Do you have less eggs in the incubator? The eggs themselves release moisture as well so less eggs means less moisture, that could be one difference. Also does the hygrometer on your incubator match your secondary hygrometer? They're both low?
Also check the lid to make sure that it's completely closed. I just run my fingers around it to make sure. Sometimes it doesn't sit flush right off the bat.

I have 2 roos.. which helped alot. With one he just had his favorite girls and had poor rates..

I have a issue since I can't sale mine at the stock sale now. I do have a guy who wants the ee chicks but I have 15 and more eggs in the incubator. If I knew that they was stopping poultry sales I wouldn't have started my nr360 until later. Looks like I may have to butcher some.. Unless I rehome them.


But go ahead you have 21 days to find homes. Or create room in the coop... CHICKEN MATH

I'm waiting for the breeder to let me know that the eggs are ready and then I'll be hatching a small batch for a friend as well!

I live in Maryland they shut all poultry sales down until August because of the bird flu
