Has any tried manual neck dislocation to dispatch quail?

I'm curious as to whether anyone has tried this, or uses this technique in place of decapitation. It sounds like quail would be the right type/size of bird, but I'm afraid of not doing it right.

Yea no only one never again and ended with sharp scissors in the end anyways in my experience idk about anyone else

I'm too scared to mess it up. A quick decapitation is certain and as humane as I can get.

Kinda my thinking too. I'll take @Ravenlover's advice and leave the dislocation technique to Bear Grylls.

Its my prefered method for quail. Its fast safe and easy.
