rir rooster x speckeld sussex hen if how it turn out?

I just hatched a couple of Barnevelder (rooster) X SS. The chicks were striped chipmunks. Now at 3 weeks, they are dark, feathering in well, and have lots of speckles! I can't remember how speckled the SS were at this age, but I hope the spots stick around; they are cute!

I guess iam going to try cross a heritage rir with a hatchery rir that should do well
