Our post office is great. We live in a large metro area and it's a novelty for them. First time we got them a few years ago someone other than our mail carrier brought them to the front door. Now they just call us to come and pick up. I've seen sellers recommend calling the post office in advance and letting them know so you get better service. I'm sure with all the cuts some people have gotten a bad attitude. Good Luck! I hope things get better!
