Has anyone else had trouble ordering online from Ideal?

I tried to place an order for some broilers and a few other birds Tues night and I don't think my order went through. It said I was on step 2 of 4 and then never let me go any farther. I haven't received any confirmation from them, should I just call in my order? I don't want to somehow end up getting a double order...

I'm usually a big fan of Ideal. However, the main issue I have is their online order form. It periodically resets the order, which will mean you have to start over. It will sometimes not submit the order - which I've seen others complain of.

I would just call in the order. They will confirm if they have already received the online order. I've never had a problem speaking with an actual person and they are very friendly and helpful.

Thanks, I will call this afternoon! I had problems with it resetting also, but found if I "updated" after each addition it quit resetting on me.

I had problems with thier site too. I just called them, plus by calling they can check to see if they are available for you on your date. They were really helpful.
