Had a fried duck egg on sourdough with butter and cheddar. Never thought to use mayo! It was really yummy, though.

I'm just starting to get my eggs... 1 a day for 7 out of 8 days.
I've ALWAYS loved eggs.
Fried or poached over easy on toast, scrambled, omlet, fritatta, quich, sweddish pancakes aka creps, deviled eggs, waffels and DH loves to can his own eggs but those I don't touch.

I hope I never get sick of them, they're comfort food!

I didn't realize I was allergic until two years ago when I ended up in the ER after taking a flu shot. That's when I knew...

After we bought the chickens, it has been pure temptation to scramble those beauties for my DH and DD.
