Has anyone else ordered from belt hatchery?

I am happy with the chicks I got today, but from the time I got them to the issue I am having now, the customer service has been lacking a bit? Is this normal? I am kinda frustrated at this point.

yes i ordered from them, they all died upon delivery last year, but I had to talk to a answer machine several times....

I order from McMurray and all 26 arrived alive and kicken...McMurray may be a little more expensive but awesome customer service.

I called last year and no one ever picked up. I then emailed them and never got a reply. So then since I only live about 30 minutes away I decided to drive over there and check it out. It's a run down place with a little trailer for an office, I just turned back and stopped trying to contact them.

I also ordered my chicks from McMurray and all is well. I highly recoment this Hatchery. Chris
