Has anyone ever gone fox hunting

I imagine it would be an exciting and an adrenaline rushing experience!

I've always wanted to participate in it, not for the fox, but more for the chase. To be on the horse, riding through the country side with a pack of dogs and the fox leading the way. You don't know where you're going to end up, you're just along for the ride.

It is fun.
The FCC sometimes uses people like us to track down pirate radiostations and people who jam aircraft radio beacons etc... THey have better equipment but we can triangulate to within a few square miles then they take over and bust them.

Sometimes we place a 144Mhz transmitter in the mountains that only transmits for three seconds every two or three hours. You have to be quick and "on the ball" to find that one. Sometimes a hunt lasts for days.
