Has anyone ever hatched shipped goose eggs with detached air cells on there side?

Hi, I enlarged the hole for the third gosling. It was upside down. From there it managed to hatch on its on. So happy! I have three beautiful goslings.

Congratulations. your assisted baby will need some extra help. Watch for pasty butt. Vitamin supplements will help. Hard boiled egg yolk is really easy for them to digest. You did a great job.

Thank you for the advice. They are all doing brilliantly. Eating, drinking. They go mad for dandelion leaves. I mix a little bit of yeast with their food and even the assisted gosling has caught up with no problems at all.
