Has anyone ever seen something like this before

Sometimes chickens are bred to be featherless to make processing easier, since you don't have to pluck them... However, that doesn't seem to fit here since neither BLRW nor EEs are birds widely used as meat birds. Possibly environmental, but if this is the only chick of yours like this I would guess not. It is most likely a genetic thing, but it probably was not on purpose. I hope you get an answer and I hope he or she is ok!
 
Thanks, I hope I get some answers too. It is a vary healthy and active bird. Its just so small and no feathers lol ..
