Give us some background, how old is this bird, and what do you feed? Does this bird live with other chickens/poultry?

HI Pickles, I have five girls all different breeds. 4 are 18 months old, only 3 have this problem. Also a 10-year-old who is fine. I posted Oct/ 18 /23 strange feathers. Information on food and living conditions is there. I can't figure this out. maybe an allergy? I love my girls! Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.
