Has anyone ever used this product from Jedd’s?

A few of my hens have been struggling back and forth with some bloody poo then some sneezing from a few hens and I see this powder in the chicken category from Jedd’s but the little warning label and lack of egg withdrawal info have me double thinking if this is the right product for them. Has anyone used this or is it safe for chickens?

I agree with @nuthatched. Treat only the specific symptoms your bird(s) might have. If you're not sure, describe the symptoms as best as you can along with other info as necessary and we'll do our best to help.
Specifically; there is a withdrawal period for Levamisole, possibly with Ronidazole and Tylosin, but not Corid.
If you're going to use Corid (Amprolium), do not give your birds Thiamine during treatment.

Thank you both! I noticed after we got two snow days a few started sneezing. They were isolated, they had their mouths open and made a wheezing sound. I gave Tylan 50 and it seemed to clear up. One of those birds is better but still sneezes even today. My worry is I have chicks from a breeder I plan to move outside soon and I wanted to sell hatching eggs. If I vaccinated these chicks for mycoplasma would I be able to sell the eggs? Or is my plan over with now that my regular flock has had an upper respiratory?

I never recommend using those combo treatment medications, since you would be giving medications not needed. They can be harmful. That one med treats mycoplasma, canker, coccidiosis, and also is a wormer. You describe sneezing. Are there other symptoms, such as bubbles/foam in one eye, a swollen eye or face, or crackles when they breathe? If not, you could be dealing with something environmental or feed irritating the nostrils. Or it could be a virus, such as infectious bronchitis. Don’t assume that they have MG (mycoplasma.) Get some testing of the SICK birds with symptoms. Don’t give a vaccine without knowing what they have. Do not plan on selling hatching eggs until you get testing. There are a couple of labs such as Zoologix and RAL labs who can send you testing materials that you collect and send back to them for PCR testing.
