has anyone heard of "backyard biosecurity?

I try to be carful with my birds, Im really scared of buying birds from someone and they might carry a diases to my flock.The other day I bough 3 adult guineas from a dude,I have them separate from my flock,and they are not allowed out intill im sure they dont have any , diadese,parisites,worms, or any thing that may transfer to my flock.Im gonna worm them just incase they might have any, and 7- dust them.

Also every month I bleach and spray permitrin on my chicken yard, coops, roost. And I bleach water's and feeder's.I also rake any exess straw out the pens so bugs dont get in it.
